Hotel Rules

Our pool season is starting in the beginning of May, depending on weather condition.

According to our concept, kids between the age 0 to 6 are NOT allowed in our hotel.

Before check-out, our guests should have emptied their room by 12:00. But if they wish, they can extend this time upto 24:00 by paying half of the accomodation fee, depending on the room availability.

Check-in starts after 14:00. Our guests who will check-in early will be led to their room if their room is available. If not, they can get changed at our changing room and start to enjoy our pool and garden.

For early check-in, breakfast costs 15.-€ per a double room.Accomodation fee is charged automatically during your reservation by the card number you give. If you would like to pay in cash or with a different credit card please inform us during your reservation.

As we close your room to sale on your reservation dates, according to our ethical rules we don’t give any kind of partial refund in case of early check-out or no-show.

The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items. We strongly recommend you to use them.

For Hygiene reasons, all persons are requested to take a shower before using Swimming Pool facility. Babys are not allowed to use the pool naked or with diapers.

The Hotel is not responsible for injuries that could happen while using our bicycles or swimming in our pool. Parents are responsible for their children under the age of 18. Please keep an eye on your children and don’t forget to get a travel insurance in case of any inconvenience.Running in and around the swimming pool area and diving are dangerous and prohibited. Games or activities which are dangerous or cause a disturbance to other bathers are prohibited.

Food and Beverages from outside the Hotel are not allowed in any public area of the hotel.

Marriage certificate is not required but our guests are responsible for the validaty of their informations and papers that they share with us during reservation or check-in.

Beginning the stay at the hotel means that you accept the provisions of this Rules of Procedure.
